We host a range of HIIT, mobility and small group strength classes for residents of West Park, Faverdale, Darlington and surrounding villages to build stamina, strength and friendships.

Introduction to powerlifting

Our Introduction to SBD (Squat, Bench, Deadlift) is a class designed to take beginners from zero experience to confident, capable powerlifters.

Gym member price

Full paying peak gym members get 4 class credits per month. These can be used for any class. You must book on via the system to secure a spot.

Gym Parking

Ample parking on both sides of the gym unit. Please refrain from parking at our fellow business units.
